In the search bar, type \u201c<strong>File Explorer Options<\/strong>\u201d. Click the \u201c<strong>View<\/strong>\u201d tab and in the \u201c<strong>Advanced settings<\/strong>\u201d section, scroll down to the \u201c<strong>Hidden files and folders<\/strong>\u201d section. Select the \u201c<strong>Show hidden files, folders, and drives<\/strong>\u201d option and uncheck \u201c<strong>Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)<\/strong>\u201d. Go to \u201c<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u201d. Then \u201c<strong>Privacy<\/strong>\u201d. Then \u201c<strong>Activity History<\/strong>\u201d (down the left-hand menu). Then remove the check mark from \u201c<strong>Store my activity history on this device<\/strong>\u201d.
