Besides Craig's List and e*Bay are there any other online forums/places/exchanges where PC users can buy older versions which still function but aren't the very latest?
Ex. Dragon Naturally Speaking version 10 or Adobe Pro 2016
Many of us don't need the latest features and would appreciate the discounted prices.

Hi Eager,
There are many software distribution websites that offer older versions of the software. Filehippo is one example.
You must be careful when visiting some of these sites, however. Many can be infested with malware and phishing scams.
